Here is painting #2 in the wedding gift series which I painted for our grandson and our new daughter-in-law.
Our grandson was born in Canada and on one of our many visits we all went on a road trip to Jasper, Alberta. We stopped at all the places of interest along the way. At Pyramid Lake his dad and he walked down a track and I snapped the photo. I had always planned to paint this scene and had always called it “Father and son” but I had never started it. I now know why. At the right time I was inspired to do it and give it to him for a wedding gift.
