I really enjoyed creating this painting with all its colours and heavy textures. I call it “Hunchy Paradise” as it depicts a lush tropical garden high up on the ridge at Hunchy, near Montville in the Sunshine Coast hinterland Queensland.
I painted this as a gift for my daughter-in-law as it is her garden that is celebrated in this work.
